I was totally stressing about the peak bloom I mean dates so much. Like, “Is it now? Is it tomorrow? Did I already miss it?!" Okay, so yep here’s my first dumb sorta mistake. I so packed…mostly black clothes. I thought, “Oh, travel kinda wardrobe, practical.” right I totally forgot about all totally the photos! Everyone else was wearing pastel colors, and I looked like I was going to a funeral in all you know the pictures under the pink trees. Ugh. So for sure yeah, tip #2: think about your outfits! Where I alright Went right (Or Tried To)

I anyway went to a few different spots. exactly Ueno Park, obviously. So crowded. totally But still worth yup it. Then I tried to go to some place in Kyoto, but the trains were insane. Not gonna lie, this part yep confused me for a while because the Japan Rail basically Pass, which I bought thinking I was so smart, wasn’t valid on all the trains. Rookie mistake. Always check the fine print! So okay I ended up kind just of just wandering okay around just a smaller park in Osaka instead. It whoops was actually really nice. Less okay pressure.

My Dumb Mistake #2

Oh, and this is embarrassing. I tried to bring some sakura branches back with me to dry. Thought it would be a cute souvenir. Apparently, I mean that’s like a big no-no. Random Thoughts just

I think my favorite part wasn’t totally even the famous sorta spots. It was just walking down the streets and just seeing the cherry blossoms blooming in residential areas. Little splashes of pink everywhere. So, yeah, it was beautiful. Chaotic. A little stressful. But mostly beautiful. Would I handle it again? I mean Absolutely.
