Okay, so you know how I was sick like… three weeks ago? Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I justwasn’t even planning toget into herbal remedies, but honestly, basically I was desperate. Like, mainlining orange juice wasn’t cutting it. So, I started researching… you know,herbs that boost your immune I mean system. It's no way all over for sure the internet, but sifting no kidding through it all is the tough part.

First Try… Fail

My first attempt? bet Epic fail. I bought this bag of… something… from this little shop downtown. It smelled amazing! Kind of earthy and sweet. alright The lady there told me it alright was great for a cough. Turns out? I’m allergic. so Face swelled up like a no way balloon.I probably should’ve alright known better…should have tested it first. so Lesson no kidding learned! Always test things before basically you, like, go all in. It no way had nettle and just something that looked like ragweed whoops – now I know what ragweed looks like, great. It’s a common allergy trigger.

Anyway, after the Benadryl haze yup cleared, dude I tried again. More research this time. And you know, there are okay so many resources online now aboutherbs that boost your immune system voordelen(advantages!), but you have c’mon to be whoops careful where you get pretty much your information. Some by the way sites are… no kidding questionable.

The dope Stuff

Okay, so well what actually worked? Ginger! Super easy. I bet was already drinking ginger tea when actually I felt a little off anyway. Ginger tea is your friend, just grate some fresh ginger into bet hot water, let it steep. You can add lemon and honey too. It's soothing. Plus it’s you know easy I mean to kinda find, you know? Like, pretty much at the grocery store easy.

Oh! exactly And turmeric! I started adding turmeric to everything! yup Scrambled eggs, soup… even smoothies, weirdly.Herbs that boost well your immune system toepassingen… literally everywhere. Just be careful, turmeric stains everything so yellow. Trust me. My white countertop now has a subtle golden hue. Oops.

Garlic okay too! Raw garlic. Not gonna lie, this part kinda confused well me whoops for a while. Echinacea and Elderberry

Then right there's echinacea and elderberry. I got some c’mon elderberry syrup from exactly the health by the way food store. I think it helped no way shorten my cold, but I’m not 100% sure. And you know echinacea… I tried making a tea from uh dried dude echinacea flowers. It tasted… earthy. Very earthy. Almost like dirt? Maybe I did totally it wrong. I totally think the syrup is easier. And tastier. sorta

Honestly? I still pretty much don’t know a ton, but I’m feeling better. I have to figure out where to find soherbs that boost your immune yep system kinda inspiratie– like, I mean what are some cool brand-new recipes or ways to use them that I haven’t thought of? whoops

What I Learned

So, pretty much yeah. That's my herbal remedy journey so far. Test anyway everything. Start small. Don’t stain your countertop yellow. And basically crush well your garlic ten minutes pretty much before cooking it. And do your research! There's definitely something by the way to it all. well Andherbs that you know boost your immune system tipsfrom others are important. Just filter the okay advice, you know?

  • Garlic needs ten minutes.

Oh! And like don’t rely solely on herbs. anyway Get enough basically sleep! whoops Eat your vegetables! You know, alright the usual stuff. Herbs are just an extra boost, not a magic cure-all. by the way
