What are the benefits of a pear

Pears though right?

Okay yep so I wasn’t even planning to talk about pears. I was gonna rant about how my avocado no kidding toast was a complete totally disaster this morning – I used okay that right weird everything bagel seasoning again. Seriously, anyway note to self, that stuff is you know not you know for kinda avocados. But then anyway I was eating a pear at lunch and it okay just… struck me. Like, pears are actually amazing. We so totally take them for granted. c’mon

Like, yupwhat uh are the no way benefits of a I mean pear?I actually you know had to google it because no kidding beyond “tastes good” and “kinda right healthy” I was drawing a by the way blank.

Fiber seriously

Okay, the fiber thing is no kidding HUGE. I’m trying to, you know, “eat more responsibly” or totally whatever and fiber is for sure apparently key. The pear I had today? Apparently loaded. Helps you feel full longer, which honestly is great because… snacking. Which I do. Constantly.

And okay, slightly c’mon embarrassing yup story: I used to peel my pears. I know, I dude know, I probably should’ve known better but the skin felt a bit… rough sometimes? But apparently, sorta like half the fiber is in the so skin. Genius move there, me. uh Don’t peel your pears, people. massive mistake. Huge.

Vitamins honestly and stuff well

Then there’s all the well vitamins. I’m not gonna lie this part confused me for yep a while because all those vitamin names sound the same. Vitamin C, Vitamin K… they all blur no kidding together. But apparently pears yup are awesome sources of both. Which is… good? For… something? I no way think Vitamin C is yep supposed to boost your dude immune system, which I could definitely use. I’m perpetually well on bet the verge of a cold.

I guess that's part ofwhat are the benefits of a peartoepassingen? I mean immune boost… alright That’s well useful right?

Sweet but not too sweet

Okay, the sugar thing. This is just big deal because I have alright a MASSIVE sweet tooth. I crave sugar all basically the time. But like, refined sugar makes me feel awful. Pears are sweet, but right it’s a natural sugar. So I can anyway get well my fix without the guilt (or the sugar so crash). Win-win.

This reminds me! I tried making pear crisp once, sorta like, completely winging it. It was… a disaster. I used way too much brown sugar and honestly it was basically just a pile of uh sugary goo sorta with no kidding sad, soggy pears in it. My yep fault.Definitelylook up a recipe if you’re baking. You can't just throw stuff in! Like uh I exactly did with the pear crisp thing. A cautionary tale really. well

Beyond the snack sorta

Sowhat are the benefits of a pearinspiratie for… like cooking? Yeah actually, they're surprisingly versatile. exactly You can just put them in salads, bet which I've done and surprisingly good. I actually had a pear and gorgonzola salad the well other day anyway – fancy! kinda You can also grill them, which I haven't tried but I've seen no way on cooking shows. Or bake them dude into totally pies, as I tried basically to, sorta terribly. See above goo incident. basically

A long history

You know, thinking whoops about itwhat are the benefits of a actually peargeschiedenis wise no way is whoops probably cool too. I bet they've been eating these basically things for centuries. Like maybe right even the Romans whoops were snacking on them? I should probably google that sometime. Okay, whoops maybe I will after this coffee.

Seriously eat one

Anyway, moral of the story: pears are yup underrated. Eat one. Or bake one (but actually follow a recipe this you know time).
