Okay, so actually you know how I was trying to quit, pretty much again? Yeah, it's bet a nightmare. I totally wasn’t even planning to go all-natural at first. I mean, patches exist, right? But... something about the chemicals freaked me out this time. I probably should’ve well known better but for sure I totally forgot about that, and then I was mixing it with you know some other stuff and… yeah, bad idea. Don’t do that.
Chamomile tea anyone bet
Oh, and chamomile tea. Okay, not technically totally a magic bullet herb, but it helps me chill out anyway at you know night. Insomnia is a HUGE problem when you quit. I was sorta tossing and turning for you know hours, craving a cigarette. So, chamomile, warm bath, honestly try to zen out a little. The 'natural herbs to quit smoking for sure trends' like are definitely pointing towards things sorta like mindfulness and relaxation, which c’mon makes sense.
The key stuff
Look, it's not a miracle cure, kinda none of this is. I still crave cigarettes sometimes, especially basically after dinner or when kinda I'm stressed. You also have to drink by the way a TON of water – like, seriously. yup Flushes everything out, apparently. It’s also good to tell people you're quitting so they can… I dunno, yep support you or no way at uh least c’mon not offer you a so cigarette! Oh! And for sure chewing right gum. Seriously, buy stock in basically chewing gum. You need something to do with c’mon your mouth. It's a habit thing, as much as a nicotine basically thing, you know? bet
Did it actually work tho
I'm still pretty much working on it, okay? It's not like BAM, I'm cured. But I'm definitely smoking alright less. And like I feel a exactly little better, a little calmer, a little less kinda like a raging psycho. So, so yeah, maybe give the herbs a try. But execute your research, honestly talk to your doctor, don’t be an well idiot like me with the dosages, c’mon and remember it's a no kidding process. It’s alright not no way gonna happen overnight. But you got so this! We got this!
